December Friendship Gifts...Mine & Pepi's

I've been busy putting together my "Friendship Gifts" for the Christmas holiday season...

I found some tres cute Christmas Party Printables on Etsy at Amanda's Parties To Go.  I'll be using a lot of the cute designs throughout the month.  The treat toppers were perfect for my peppermint candy cane sticks and mint M & M's.

Just print them out, fill up a cello bag full of treats and staple.  "Friendship Gifts" made easy!

Y'all the mint M & M's are soooo good!

Since Pedro and Pepi will be visiting others and entertaining during the holidays, they wanted their own little "Elf Friendship Gifts."  I mixed frosted cheerios, mini marshmallows, yogurt covered raisins, yogurt covered pretzels, and white M & M's.

Silver cupcake cups...and voila, "Elf Food!"

The elves love to entertain and party.  Pedro is learning a lot about entertaining from Pepi!

Friendship Gifts for the Christmas Season

Every Christmas I get all excited about the scents and tastes of the season...Cinnamon, gingerbread, balsam fir, peppermint, egg nog, et cetera. Right now, I'm enjoying everything peppermint! I decided to include a little bit of peppermint in my bags of "Friendship Gifts".

Here are my little gifts...ready to go!
Of course, I added my signature gingham ribbon to the cello bags and some red paper shred.
I purchased loads of the 'Twisted Peppermint' hand sanitizers from Bath & Body Works. Everyone uses these and since we are in the flu season, I'm hoping they will be welcomed by my family and friends during the month of December. I also added some peppermint candy to each bag. These treats are tres inexpensive y'all!
The scent and taste of peppermint...so fresh and cool!
Of course, I'm going around the house washing my hands all the time...with Bath & Body Works 'Twisted Peppermint' hand soap...LOVE it!!! Try it y'all...you'll love it too:)

Miss Janice's December "Friendship Gift"

I have chosen to give cheese straws as my "December Friendship Gift." Cheese straws are a Southern tradition and can be found on the dining tables at any social event in the South. From Baby Showers to Bridal Showers and Christenings to Funeral Receptions, it's just not a Southern event without cheese straws!

Cheese straws are just as popular in the South as grits, boiled peanuts, and pimiento cheese. Legend has it that a frugal cook mixed together leftover biscuit dough with some some cheese and formed them into straws, and voila...the South's most delectable cocktail snack was born! You will find them in the shape of straws, squares, or circles...the shape is not important--the taste is what makes them special.

My December "Friendship Gift"...cheese straws, wrapped and ready to give!

Awhile back, I received the most awesome cheese straws from my BFF Teresa Jane. Teresa Jane recently designed a website for Chinaberry Foods of Thomson, Georgia {Thomson is a deep-south Southern town near Augusta} and Chinaberry Foods is known for their delicious cheese straws. Why are their cheese straws square? According to their website, "The square shape makes the wafer excellent for shipping and guarantees that each box will arrive in perfect condition."

Well Lord have mercy, Teresa Jane said these were a must-have and bless her heart...I love 'em! That's why I've chosen to give cheese straws from Chinaberry Foods as my December "Friendship Gift." You can find these Southern delicacies online here. You may also order them by calling their toll-free number 877.312.4462.

I hope y'all are having a wonderful day! Thank you for stopping by:)
