I know this is very last minute, but I want to serve a masters golf inspired lunch tomorrow. Can you tell me what they serve besides the beloved pimento cheese sandwiches? I have also heard lays chips are tradition? What about desserts? Anything you can come up with would be appreciated! You can just post on you blog if you wish....I am sure others would love the info, too.
Thank you!
Miss Janice,
You seem like a wonderful woman. I have to say, I love your photo with Ronda Rich. She has become my favorite author! I love your blog.
God Bless,
Erika
Precious website Miss Janice. With my compliments! Kindest Regards, Kathleen
Dear Miss Janice,
I am a prissy, Northern, liberal gal and I adore your blog! You are so right about the lapse in values, appropriate dress and demeanor. I just retired from the bench after 14 years as a judge and you would not believe the attire people wore to court! My late mother prized neatness, creativity, kindness and always dressed to the nines. You never know you will encounter and how important it is to make an impression. When I entertain, it is always with a modicum of style and special touches but you have taken it to a higher level. We are all blessed that you are sharing your wisdom and memorable touches. Best wishes!
Miss Janice- Love your blog! Thought you might be interested in an interior design book “The Pretty and Proper Living Room” written by Holly Holden http://www.prettyandproper.com/. I believe it would speak to your audience regarding classic interior design with old school secrets for timeless elegance and the no-no’s to know. Love to hear your thoughts!
Best regards,
Caroline

Caroline,
Thanks for the rec for this book. It is on my list!
Lord Janie, I'm responding to someone else on this and just saw your comment! Pimiento cheese sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, Lay's {sp?} potato chips are all my favorites!
I'm a year late in thanking you...and I love Ronda Rich!
KR, I'm just seeing this, one year later! Merci for your kind words!
Legal Lioness,
As I mentioned in my comments above, somehow these comments got lost...One year later, I'm always happy to hear from a prissy, Liberal, Northern girl!
I miss your lovely posts Miss Janice. I hope all is well and you just need a long break from blogging.
All the best,
Mary
