I love to visit tearooms when I'm traveling. Monday, I started my drive North to visit with my Mama and while driving I-95 through Florida, I found a wonderful tea spot in Palm Coast. Shakespeare's Fine English Tearoom is owned and operated by an English couple who moved to Florida from Somerset. They do not have a website, but you can find them at TeaMap.
It's located inside the European Village at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway in Palm Coast.
Shakespeare's offers afternoon tea, light lunches, and early dinners. I decided to try the traditional afternoon tea fare of dainty tea sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats.
I loved the food, the tea, the service, and the ambience and I am giving Shakespeare's Fine English Tearoom my "Five Silver Teaspoons" award. Thanks to the owners and staff for offering such an authentic English tearoom experience!
"Here's What I Wore" Pink Cashmere cardi set with black slacks and pink and black ballet flats. My favorite Chanel brooch with pearls and my Chanel pocketbook.
If you are ever traveling on or near I-95 in Florida, you must visit this tearoom. For reservations or other information, call: 386.446.6323.

It looks like a delightful spot and you my dear Miss Janice look absolutely chic, as usual!!
What a charming spot! And you look equally charming in your pink cardi and Chanel!
Miss Janice: You are such a delight! I so enjoy your postings/pics and drop in every few days to see what you have been into. The tea room looks fabulous; food and dining area so inviting.

It looks so quaint and lovely and the food looks delish. Bet you were the best dressed person there. Enjoy your visit with your Mama!
I actually have a question about tea rooms. . .say you wanted to take some of the food to eat later on your trip. . .is it considered bad manners at a tea room to ask for a doggie bag?
Lori,
Yes you may ask for a carry-out box. I and many other guests received boxes to-go!
Miss Janice
Looks like a lovely place to stop!
Lovely review. I live in Palm Coast, and am about to host a baby shower at the tea room. Based on your review, I am excited!! Thanks so much. http://www.coastalkel.com
