Mardi Gras Foods

It's Mardi Gras season and I've been busy getting together some of my decorations...even if it's just for the few days after Valentine's 'till Fat Tuesday!
This is one of the festive centerpieces I made a couple of years ago and it will go on the dining table...

Jezebel Sauce is a must for the season...This Southern sauce is a hot, sweet horseradish mustard blended with apricots, peaches, and apples.
