With my disappointment in the Miss America finals {no, none of my favorites won} still on my mind, I'm jumping right back into pageantry on TV. Kim of Queens returns tonight on Lifetime network at 10pm EST. Kim Gravel, Miss Georgia 1991, knows what she's talking about as she mentors and trains young girls to compete in pageants. This season she will continue to work with country girl Addison as well as some new clients! The show will deal with real life issues of autism, anorexia, obesity, and homelessness.
Kim will be joined again by her beautiful Mama Jo...a former beauty queen herself!
I love watching this show and the transformation that takes place in the young girls Kim mentors. I'll be tweeting over at SocialGraces101.

There are few shows that make me miss having cable, but this is one of them! I want Kim as my life coach! Haha

This is a favorite of mine and my stepdaughter's.
I know what you mean about Miss America.really 3 Miss New York's in a row is a bit much. We were at Beau Rivage in Biloxi Saturday night and two adorable young ladies were their in their best pagent dresses when we got into the elevator. So poised and lovely. Southern girls do have such at grace about them.
Last summer she had a workshop/seminar that I missed. I'm going to be watching for upcoming events!
I really like her!
I saw a comedian on late night...can't remember who. He said he caught the show when she was performing her talent and thought it was a panhandler. I thought she was pretty and she sang the song well, but sitting barefoot on the stage and banging a cup???
