This week's "Lilly Photo of the Week" was sent in by Mid-AtlanticMartha. The photo is of her rescued little dog from a local humane group, wearing a rescued Lilly bandana Martha found at a thrift store." His name is Spunky and he was placed in the humane society because he had to go into a nursing home--Lord have mercy Martha, I didn't know there was such a place! Spunky has a brother Martha was able to get from another rescue organization--someone had abandoned that doggy at a rest stop in South Carolina.
So, here's the "LILLY PHOTO OF THE WEEK," SPUNKY--Sporting his Lilly scarf!
Martha is so happy to give Spunky and his brother a second chance...isn't he just so cute y'all! Thanks to Martha for caring about these precious animals! Stop in to visit with her, she has a beautiful blog, full of tablescapes and home decorating ideas.
Don't forget to e-mail me your Lilly photo...send it to me at Miss Janice {at} Miss Janice {dot} com. Thank you for stopping by today!

So CUTE! Lilly looks good on anybody or any body! :D Jewel
Oh Miss Janice -- thank you for showcasing my sweet boy today! He often is at my side or feet during my own blogging sessions and also my #1 assistant for tablescaping. And your blog will hopefully remind some readers how many wonderful pets there are in animal rescue. Especially the older pups like my darling Spunky are overlooked - but many make wonderful pets. Our tails are "wagging" with happyness over this post.
Martha & Spunky
awwww, so sweet. Glad that Spunky was given a home - a preppy one at that! ;)
I'm happy that Martha is giving Spunky a good life. It's horrible how someone could just abandon him.
Adorable picture!
That is so sweet!

How sweet, how could anyone let something so sweet go? I'm so glad she found him!!
Look how precious he is! What a wonderful thing for Martha to do.
Just darling. I love your fall tablescape by the way. Thanks for the encouraging words. I am going to post for another year or so under this new name.

ps- cancer sucks!
aw. how sweet.
We had Korean visitors at the university this week and they gave me a gift of designer bandannas. Immediately, I came home and tied the pink one around Chelsea's neck. Quite elegant!
