WHERE ARE MY MANNERS?!!!

Please excuse me, as I have failed to properly introduce to y'all my Yorkie, Mlle. Coco Chanel. Miss Coco was born in Palm Springs, California; she has walked the beaches of both the east and west coasts, shopped in Saks, Neimans, and other Coco-friendly stores...she loves an outdoor cafe and just prissin' around! Of course she has a darlin' puppy wardrobe, full of cute and preppy clothes and also has a large collection of designer collars and leashes. This little girl gives sooooo much love and is the sweetest dog ever!!!

The photos below were taken yesterday while she was trying to decide what to wear to go on a picnic with her mama...she said this little dress was just too prissy for the day.
Her pink polo...just too hot mama!

The pearls...just right and just like mama!!!

I set up for the picnic right outside Tradition Town Hall...
Near the lake so we could take a quick dip...

I made sure to pack some goodies for our first picnic of the summer...

Now y'all know Miss Janice isn't gonna eat out of a brown paper bag and that my wine goblet must be monogrammed!

Yum yum...chilled fruit and cheese and fresh french bread...

I would never forget my little Coco's food & water...of course she has her own napkins!

What a wonderful day!!! Relaxing on the quilt with some of the latest Hollywood magazines and Miss Coco! I'll leave y'all with a photo of Coco Chanel modeling her winter coat...she and I have the matching little jackets:)

Thank you for visiting with me.

  10. awwww... she is so sweet!! Yorkies are the most loveable little ones. How old is she?

Our Dolce (1 year old) - gives us so much joy and love. We are looking forward to the end of renos so we can get another little one .. And yes, his or her name will be Gabbana...LOL

he has his own adorable puppy wardrobe, sneakers, and we just found some cute little summer sandals.

I was showing him Mlle. Coco Chanel on the computer and he was trying to lick the screen.

Perhaps Miss Coco will do her own "puppy manners" post now and then, so we can see more of her. Dolce is currently posting his weekly adventures and misadventures on Fridays...

P.S. thank you for the picnic idea ... Dolce loves going out with me, so this would be something new. HHL

  11. Nicole-Lynn,
This goblet is a clear acrylic goblet (you can find them at the grocers, Walmart, Target, et cetera) with my monogram decal. The decal came from www.2PreppyGirls.com. You can put the decals on anything. I've handwashed these goblets many times and the decal is still good to go!

  17. oh my goodness. she IS too cute for words!
i bet she loves to picnic with you -- heck, I want to picnic with you. I'll even bring my little gal, my maltese, magnolia. she'll wear her hot pink tee that is bedazzled and says "Glamour Girl" -- here's a tip: all Build-A-Bear tees fit little doggies like ours! (if Mlle. Coco is in the mood to relax in a casual tee!) Very sweet pup! i just LOVE her in her pearls!

  23. Mlle Coco Chanel is too cute. We have a black/tan yorkie named "Bo". His real name is Cupid's Bow, because he was a Valentine's Day gift to my sister from her foster sons. We have him now because my sister has a house full of foster children, plus my mother wanted him for security reasons (he has a vicious bark). Right now he is recovering from a concussion that he received when he tried to cross a busy street without looking. He's on his way to recovery.

  25. Miss Coco is absolutely adorable! In college I had a yorkie and her name was Dolce :] Your picnic looks fabulous and fun! I wish someone would give me a wedding gift like that. See that would be the kind of thing I would like, but cant put it on a registry.

  33. Oh Miss Janice... you just kill me with this post!!! Your dog is the CUTEST and I love every single one of her outfits- where did you get the pearls?? They are DARLING! And the little monogrammed napkins...how sweet. I got two dogs a little over a year ago... I have owned dogs all my life and had been 'alone' since my sweetheart Kelly died. So I got two- a long-haired dachshund named Gilda, and you guessed it- a Yorkie, Baby Jane Hudson (named after one of my fave Bette Davis movies, of course!) Yorkies are really the sweetest dogs- if you lived in Cali, Baby Jane and Coco could have a playdate!! She sends her "doggie" love anyways! xxx
