I'M CONSTANTLY LOSING E-MAILS!

Don't ask me where they go...but I constantly misplace e-mails! I open them and plan on answering them at a later time--go back, POOF, they are gone. I'm totally technically challenged, so who knows what I'm doing wrong.

Anywho...I NEVER ignore my e-mails! I always reply, even though sometimes I wait a wee bit too long:)

Just this week I've lost four e-mails...

~From someone asking about serving champagne at an afternoon tea.

~From someone asking where to buy the Paula Deen red rooster measuring cups.

~From someone asking about vintage Lilly items.

~From someone asking about wedding etiquette.

So, if you are in the group above, please resend me your e-mail:) Also, if I don't answer your e-mail, it's because either I did not receive it or I lost it:)

  1. Oh, Miss Janice! I think I can help you with your lost e-mails. If you read an e-mail and want to go back to it later, just click on 'keep as new'. That should do it. Also, if you loose an e-mail you can go to your 'old mail' or 'recently deleted mail' and pull it up again.
    I hope this will help.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia ;)

  2. You also lost an email from someone looking for ettiquette teaching books :O)

I love the new/old header! I have missed the summery look :O)

I am just as bad Miss Janice - I still have not been able to get to the post office with your rooster pieces! Sorry for the delay!

  3. hmmmmm...if you open them, then they aren't in your SPAM folder...you must be opening and hitting the delete button...but then they would be in your DELETED FILE...I can't, for the life of me, think what is happening.

Oh, and where DO you get the rooster measuring cups?? :))

  5. Sorry to hear about your e-mails. I'm also technically challenged and get a bit frustrated over such things. I noticed your post regarding The Windsor Rose Tearoom. I just recently read about this tearoom in a tea magazine I received. It looks fabulous and I'm happy to hear that you had a splendid time. I hope your friend (cancer) is doing much better. I've been keeping her in my prayers.

    Have a beautiful week.

  6. Miss Janice,
I can relate. I have both email at the university and my gmail. Can you flag (like I do at the university) or star (like gmail) the ones you want to go back to? That is what I do. The only trouble is I see a LOT of flags and stars! oops!
    Hoosier hugs,
    Cheryl

  7. BJ,
I got my Paula Deen rooster measuring cups at Walmart, for $4.97 per set, I believe. They also have the Paula Deen rooster measuring spoons!

  8. I don't technically lose emails, but I have so many unopened emails that I never delete that they get lost in the shuffle. For some reason I rarely delete emails. It's my form of online clutter! ;)

And your header makes me want to stop over for lunch! :)

  11. Lost email is usually found on the side of the road with the runaway socks and tennis shoes!
Naughty little things can't seem to learn to stay at home.
Hope your day is going along beautifully.

  12. Hi Miss Janice,
I hope your tendonitis is better. It looks like you had a fun trip to Mt. Dora.
