I hope y'all are having a great Memorial Day Weekend. I am having a very quiet celebration....Lord have mercy, here's my 30-minute Memorial Day meal. Corky's Bar-B-Q {slawed-up Memphis-style}, with some Wickles pickles and Publix Southern-style potato salad.
I'm taking time today to get some stuff done around the house 'cause I'm headed back to Georgia this week. Y'all enjoy your day!

Love me some Corky's BBQ. I'm about an hour and half from Memphis, hubby and I have loaded up in the car and went to Corkys many times for the BBQ dry ribs!!
