You Might be a Preppy Lady

...If your beverage containers and beverage container adornments match your outfits or party themes!

It's no secret that I love to be all matchy-matchy! So, I simply must match my koozies and glassware to my outfits and my party themes.

This is my latest acquisition...the Red Solo Cup koozie! Monogrammed, of course.

I'll be wearing a lot of orange this Spring and Summer and this adorable orange koozie has a monogrammed grosgrain ribbon. Perfect! Can't wait to use this one.

Here's some pink and green cuties...these are my standbys!
Of course, my Lilly 'Frisky Business' bottle koozie coordinates with my Lilly 'Later Gator' lunch tote.
Wearing pink and green and holding my Lilly 'Hibiscus' thermal mug full of coffee...
A cute monogrammed koozie covered in the Lilly 'Summer Fling' pattern...
The 'Summer Fling' coozie is a must to use when I wear this Lilly 'Summer Fling' shift
A white stadium cup with my monogram in black...
I use the classic cup when I wear khaki shorts, black polo, and Burberry accessories.
LOVE this monogrammed bottle koozie...
I always carry it when riding my bike!
These cute "Drinks Well With Others" cups were cute to serve iced peach tea on the porch...
Love my pink stadium cup, monogrammed in green...perfect for a hot toddy!
I used these cute styrofoam cups "Cheers Y'all" to serve Peppermint Milkshakes...
Again to serve hot chocolate to Christmas carolers.
The Redneck Wine Goblet...a must have for Southern girls on the go! This goblet is such a conversation piece:)
"Weekend Waterford" styrofoam cups...I use these all the time, just because!
Monogrammed wine goblets. I like to buy acrylic wine goblets from Walmart or wherever and add the decals to coordinate with my table decor...
"Coastal Crystal" styrofoam cups...living in South Florida, these are very popular at social gatherings!
I served iced tea in blue tumblers at this luncheon on the porch, but served the cocktails in the "Coastal Crystal" cups above...
This is a Lynn Whelan Lilly-fied 'Derby Day Low Riders' koozie...
It's a must when I wear the Lilly 'Derby Day Low Riders' shift!
The Lynn Whelan Lilly-fied 'Millionaire's Row' bottle koozie looks so cute with...
The Lilly 'Millionaire's Row' capris...
I'm constantly looking for cute beverage accessories to match up with my outfits or themes. And...I have been known to create a theme around a , koozie, cup, or goblet!

  6. You have waaay too much time in your hands. GET A LIFE!

If you lived in California, we would rip you apart and then put your monogram initial in your tombstone.

  8. Okay, I can't keep my mouth shut over that one, Miss Janice.
Isa - if you don't like this blog then simply don't come back. Why be so mean? This blog has many fans...not just here but we follow her on facebook and twitter as well. And the tombstone comment? Sounds like a threat to me, and while you may be 'anonymous' don't think you're comment can't be tracked back and you're computer found.
Now, about those koozie's Miss Janice - love 'em! And you KNOW how I feel about your Lilly outfits...as a matter of fact, think I'm gettin' a pair of pink cowboy boots to wear with mine this summer.

  10. Not sure if my earlier comment went through (was on my phone...monogrammed phone, of course)...

But to the above comment (Isa):

I have to say "Bless your little cotton pickin' heart"...come on, sit down and tell us what is really on your mind. BTW, I do love the idea of a monogram on my tombstone...I am making notes to my family today to make sure they do just that...must be a classic 3 letter monogram to be sure! What a FANTASTIC idea!!!! Thanks!

Miss Janice, I love your style and so wish I could wisk you away up here to SC so you could style me!

    Happy Thursday, y'all!

  12. Oh my word! Somebody clearly woke up on the "less sunny," side of the sheets. I am bettin' that those sheets weren't Lilly! I just don't understand people who are HATEFUL. Isa, in my opinion HATE is one of the things that is very wrong in ANY country. Last time I checked this was still the Land of the Free! And if you bothered to follow this blog, you'd know that Miss Janice has quite the LiFe!

  18. Alright now miss janice... I need the info!

Where did you find the orange and white and the pink and green koozies? As well as the different cups: plastic and styrofoam?

A new friend was so sweet and sent me the Lilly "Frisky Business" koozie after my recent surgery and my daughter bought me the "Scarlet Begonias" koozie and croakie at the grand opening of the new Southpark Lilly store in Charlotte! I love this croakie because it has the quote, "Wear pink and make the boys wink" on the croakie!

As always, your post just make me smile! I too have to do the matchy matchy thing but it is so hard to make him understand why I need so many koozies!

    Have a blessed weekend!

  19. Dear Isa, we love our monograms down south. Sorry you don't.

Before Bella Michelle even posted her post, I immediately thought of my monogram being on my tombstone after reading your post!

Michelle... we are definitely southern sisters!! So glad to know you!! And you too Miss Janice!
