Y'all know I love to have my "Friendship Gifts" on hand for guests who drop by "The Roost." I was trying to decide what to give for January and chose these cute little calendars...the kind with the magnet on the back side--to stick on the frig! Of course, I had to tie a little gingham ribbon on each packet {I honestly don't know what's wrong with me and this gingham thing! Don't worry, I'll get over it one day and move on.}
My "Friendship Gifts" in a little wire basket...
Perfect for the rooster-obsessed friends!
How cute. I would have never thought to do something like that. I am enjoying reading your blog very much.
ReplyDeleteI just love reading about your friendship gifts every month. My ILs live in Port St Lucie and we have gone to Vero Beach with the boys when we have visited. Such a beautiful area.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea for your January gift!
ReplyDeleteDo you know in advance how many people will be visiting you?
SP,
ReplyDeleteIf I have leftovers, I give them to friends...also for last-minute hostess gifts, or maybe just "happy gifts."
What a good idea for this time of year. Don't lose the gingham. I think it is so cute.
ReplyDeleteCute little gifts...and the ribbon just makes them more special. I am tying ribbons on to anything that will hold one!! :O)
ReplyDeleteA very good idea, Miss Janice! Anything with a gingham ribbon looks good!
ReplyDeleteHow blessed your friends are! Love the gift for January. I too adore gingham. I wore a white * pink gingham dress to my bridesmaids tea over a decade ago & have loved it ever since! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteJust darling!! :)
ReplyDeleteWishing you a very happy new year filled with blessings galore!
I adore both! The rooster would look great on my fridge! Wish I could drop by! Now I love the gingham and it looks wonderful with the toile, I seen you use. I wonder a lot if you have your wrapping center all set up in your home in Florida? Thank you so much for introducing me to the Peppermint Dishes at Cracker Barrel, last year! You made my whole family go on hunts for all things peppermint and gingerbread. lol Blessing to you this New Year!
