Cuteness at Kmart!

"Attention Kmart Shoppers!" Now, that's certainly a phrase I haven't heard in a long time. I can't even tell you the last time I stepped inside a Kmart. Well, after I saw these darling rooster dishes on Manuela's blog, I high-tailed it over there, parked my BMW in the not-so posh parking lot, and ran inside to get my own! They are the "Good Food Good Friends" pattern by Country Living...Love them!

This morning I'm had a relaxing breakfast, went over the latest Christmas magazines and looked over some old ones as well...

Chose some ribbon embellishment for Christmas trees and packages....

Ironed Christmas linens...

Yesterday, I had a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino from Starbuck's..I'm definitely getting in the holiday spirit y'all!

My MIL would adore those plates! I am thinking Christmas gift for her. I had a Starbucks peppermint mocha last weekend. I am headed to the land of sugarplums and sleigh bells as well! I recently found your blog and have only visited a few times so far, but I love it! It is precious, I look forward to reading it often!

Adorable dishes...is that a wicker charger underneath? A kmart find?
I'm trying to bring down my Spode Christams collection slowly but surely and just storing under my dining room hutch.
Yes..the season is starting and I just found out some relatives (that we don't see too often)will be joining us for Thanksgiving dinner. Certainly makes for a festive time and looking forward to it!

I get the best ideas from you Miss Janice. These dishes would be perfect for a couple of people on my Christmas list. Now if I can find a Kmart around her I will be all set.
Thank you again for the tip.
Hugs,
Sue

Your dishes are very pretty, perfect for the roost! Ironing is not much fun but sounds like you got a lot accomplished towards the holidays ahead.

Aren't they just the cutest! That whole line is cute with a capital C! I hadn't been in a KMart either in years and year (the one by me closed) until I went in to have a look at these dishes.

We don't even have a KMART anymore. Someone blogged the other day about the cutest Martha Stewart Christmas ornaments from KMART and now you've gone and bought the cutest plates ever from KMART. All of a sudden, I'm missin' KMART!
